DESCRIPTION

Using the NTC thermistor with a car can monitor the temperature of the engine coolant in the car engine cylinder and process the signal of the electronic control unit (ECU, ElectronicControlunit), which is a component in the car engine. During the operation of the car engine, not only must it ensure that the temperature measurement response speed is fast and the temperature is accurate, but the real -time temperature must be provided accurately to the electronic control unit. To this end, AMPFORT automobiles use NTC thermistor resistance. The structure is relatively simple, the response speed is fast, and the sensitivity is relatively high. It can be used in real -time temperature monitoring during the operation of the automotive engine.

In order to make the temperature monitoring effect of NTC heat -sensitive resistance, thermistor is generally installed into sensors, which contains metal shells, thermal conductivity filling, NTC thermistor, and interpretation. The metal shell is equipped with a sealed inner cavity, and the inner cavity is encapsulated with heat -conducting filling; the thermal conductivity filling is embedded with NTC thermal resistance; the interpretation of the output signal is set on the upper end of the metal shell. The lower end of the plug -in and the NTC thermistor is connected by the wire, and the exterior of the wire has an insulating layer. The metal shell is integrated, with good sealing, and the inner wall of the shell is an insulating layer, which can prevent leakage. The thermal filling filling is a solid thermal conductivity, which is used to pass the external water temperature to the NTC thermistor, and can fix the NTC thermistor to make it have a good temperature measurement environment and improve the accuracy of measurement.

The use of automotive NTC heat -sensitive resistance to measure the water temperature of the car can provide useful information and judgment data for the electronic control unit, and its structure is relatively simple and the production efficiency is high. The NTC thermistor chip used in thermistor is used. This chip is a temperature sensitivity element. When the temperature decreases, its resistance value increases, and the resistance value is reduced. The output of thermist chip is an analog signal, which measures the temperature output temperature of the car water. The thermist chip can be voltage by DC 12V, with small power consumption, no drift in temperature output, high accuracy, and fast temperature response.

AMPFORT uses NTC thermal resistance. Because of its high -precision, good heat -resistant cycle capacity, and high stability, it is widely used in cars, motorcycles, and ships as temperature monitoring and temperature control components.

3.Reliability
3.1 High temperature storage: After the resistor is placed in an electric heating oven at (150±5)℃ for 200 hours, the surface electrode of the resistor has no yellowing or discoloration, and the change rate of its zero-power resistance value is ≤ ±2.5%;
3.2 Temperature shock: resistance -40℃ 30min → +25℃ 5min → 150℃ 30min → 25℃ 5min for 5 cycles, the change rate of zero-power resistance value is ≤ ±2.5%;
3.3 Low-temperature storage: After the resistance is stored in a low-temperature box at -40℃ for 200 hours, the electrode has no yellowing or discoloration, and the change rate of its zero-power resistance value is ≤ ±2.5%;
